2. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in DigitalTab core branding, proprietary frameworks, and documentation are owned by DigitalTab Pty Ltd. Client project deliverables are transferred upon full settlement per individual Statements of Work.
3. Confidentiality & Security
Both parties agree to treat proprietary technical and commercial data with strict confidentiality under Australian law.
4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
